It was interesting to see a film about the Automaidan, about how it all began. And now, when there’s the ATO, you see it all in a completely different light. Back then, regular people rose up against the corrupt government, people who wanted change, a new better life. Automaidan was the beginning… Mentally, people were prepared for change, but there were still some concerns that the majority of the population would get scared and wouldn’t support it. I personally liked what the head of NGO Automaidan said: “I live honestly, I haven’t stolen billions of hryvnias from the budget and I have nothing to be afraid of, they’re the ones who should be afraid…”
